Learn the simple way to choose courses after 12th Arts

More than lakhs of students look for courses after 12th Arts all over in India. Now that the board examinations are over, there is less time for the students to unwind, as the race for admission in a good college and the fierce competition to safeguard a seat in the course of one’s preference now starts.

This is a common myth among most of the parents, teachers and students also that if a candidate scores high marks in their school, then he or she qualifies as an intelligent student, and hence it somehow becomes compulsory for the candidate to pursue high salary courses after 12th. For instance, it is generally expected from a science stream that a 90% scorer to take admission in MBBS or engineering college and a commerce stream student to take admission in B.Com course in a reputed college.

Nonetheless, what many students and parents fail to realize is that just because someone has scored well in the exam, doesn’t necessarily imply that the student will shine in the field of medical and engineering also.

It is high time that students and parents should understand that the course and the career should be chosen based on the inherent strength and abilities of the student. The sooner a person understands these inherent strengths, the better it is for their career. Knowing your personal interests and knack truly assists in making more informed decisions about one’s choice of courses after 12th Commerce  during graduation and post graduation, and eventually, taking up the best career later.

This awareness about the personality, aptitude and interest can be found by the use of psychometric tests. Nonetheless, one should take precaution not to take any random psychometric test that are available online, but instead, to check the dependability and credibility of the test and its result before making the final decision.
